ONEZIX S.L. is the controller of the data processing described in this policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018.
This policy refers to the Onezix corporate website and to enquiries sent to its contact email address. Each software product will provide the privacy information that applies to how it works. This page does not describe the processing of data within those products.
When you write to us
If you write to contact@onezix.com, we process your email address, your name if you include it and the information you choose to send. We use that data to read your enquiry, reply and manage the related communications.
The contact link opens your email app. The website does not send a message automatically or store a form. Please send us only the information needed for your enquiry and avoid including sensitive data or data about other people that is not necessary.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to the communications we receive, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. If you ask us to take steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) applies to the extent necessary to handle that request. Legal obligations are met on the basis of Article 6(1)(c).
Providing data by email is voluntary, although we need a way to reply and enough information to help you. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to subscribe you to advertising.
When you browse the website
So that your browser can request and receive the pages, the server receives technical connection data such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and browser information. This data is used to serve the website and, where necessary, to keep it secure and resolve incidents.
This processing is based on the legitimate interest in keeping the site available and secure, under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The website does not include analytics, advertising, cross-site tracking or profiling tools. No automated decisions with legal or similar effects are made about visitors.
Who can access the data
This website will be hosted by Hetzner. This provider may process the technical data needed to serve and protect the site. Data from email enquiries may be processed by authorised Onezix staff and by the email provider, solely to handle them and provide that service. It may also be disclosed to authorities where there is a legal obligation.
We do not sell contact data or share it for advertising. The website does not include external booking services or call request forms.
How long it is kept
Emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and any related follow-up. When they are no longer needed, they are deleted or, where there is a legal obligation or liabilities may arise, kept blocked for the applicable periods.
Technical logs, when generated, are limited to what is needed to maintain security and resolve incidents. They are not used to build commercial profiles.
Your rights
You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data and, where applicable, restriction, portability and objection to processing. In particular, you can object to processing based on legitimate interest on grounds relating to your particular situation.
To exercise them, write to contact@onezix.com stating the right you wish to exercise. We will only ask for additional information to verify your identity when there are reasonable doubts.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). You do not need to contact Onezix first to do so.
Security and updates
Access to data must be limited to what is necessary for the purposes described, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk. No system can guarantee absolute security.
